The answer depends on sizing, specifically the width of your paths. Narrow paths of walkways benefit from lights being four to six feet apart. For wider paths of driveways, consider between 8 and 10 feet for spacing. Use these standards to play around with your setup and see what works best.

What is the recommended color temperature for path lighting?
