Shipping Policy

Lighting Warehouse boasts the fastest shipping and one of lowest shipping rates in the industry. All orders placed before 4:30 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.

Most orders over $99 qualify for FREE SHIPPING

  • Orders must total more than $99.00 before taxes and shipping.
  • Lighting Warehouse reserves the right to choose shipping method.*
  • Orders must be shipped within the continental United States.*
  • Select products may not qualify.*

*Lighting Warehouse reserves the right to split up orders and use multiple methods on the same order to save on shipping costs. Methods may include USPS, FedEx®. Lighting Warehouse reserves the right to change shipping methods without prior notification.

*Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories outside the contiguous 48 states do NOT qualify for free shipping.

This offer is for a limited time only. Lighting Warehouse reserves the right to modify or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time. If a shipping charge does apply for your order, the charge will appear in your basket at checkout.

Getting Your Order on Time

If you need to receive your order before a specific date, please carefully consider the FedEx® transit times and shipping options.

If you place your order before 4:30 p.m. EST, Lighting Warehouse will ship your order the same day. (Some exceptions apply. This is to include but not limit shipping time frames due to unforeseen circumstances or otherwise.) At Lighting Warehouse, we take pride in our warehouse stock. Most of the items we sell are in stock and ready to ship 99% of the time. However, due to high demand, there are times when popular items may be out of stock. Should this occur, it may take 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. If this occurs, your order will be held until all items are available.

Orders placed on Friday after 4:30 p.m. EST or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. (Note: Even these orders fall under the criteria of delay release due to unforeseen circumstances or otherwise.)

 

Domestic Shipping Times and Options

Choose your shipping method carefully. FedEx® shipping times begin once the shipment is picked up from Lighting Warehouse. Learn more about FedEx® shipping options before you place a time-sensitive order.

 

  • FedEx® Standard Overnight (1 Day) (Delivers Monday - Friday) next-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to almost every address in the U.S.
  • FedEx® Priority Overnight (1 Day) (Delivers Monday - Friday) next-day delivery by 10:00 a.m. to almost every address in the U.S.
  • FedEx® 2Day (2 Day Air) (Delivers Monday - Friday) delivery by third business day by 4:30 p.m.
  • FedEx® Economy Envelope (Estimated 2-3 Business Days) (4 lbs. or less)
  • FedEx® Home Delivery / FedEx® Ground (4 Days or less) (Delivers Monday - Saturday)
  • USPS® Economy Envelope (Estimated 3-5 Business Days) (1 lb. or less)
  • FedEx® International Economy
  • FedEx® 2Day (2 Day Air) - (Estimated at 2 - 4 days)
  • Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed
  • Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days
  • FedEx® International Economy

  • Puerto Rico and any other U.S. Territories that are available through the FedEx® International Economy shipping will be shipped via FedEx®.

  • Lighting Warehouse is unable to offer International Shipping at this time.

  • Note: We now accept Canadian credit cards. However, we only ship within the United States. Many of our customers in Canada make use of our free shipping on orders over $99 to ship to northern U.S. cities and arrange shipment from there.

  • For orders exceeding $500, FedEx® will require a signature upon delivery. If your order is over $500, you will need to arrange for someone to receive the order in person.

Shipments leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Orders damaged in transit are covered under FedEx®'s insurance policy. We will help you through the process of replacing damaged goods.

If your order is damaged in transit:

  • You must file a claim with Lighting Warehouse.
  • We will certify the damage and advise you regarding your claim.
  •  Lighting Warehouse will replace damaged items immediately and send return labels for damaged items.

Shipping Notes

  • FREE SHIPPING offer is available for a limited time only and may change at any time. Orders placed before the policy changes will receive the shipping price quoted at the time of the order.
  • Most other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses. At Lighting Warehouse, we are proud to serve our customers in the armed forces. Shipping to AE, APO, AP, or FPO addresses will be via USPS only. Regretfully, because these addresses may be located in remote areas, we cannot cover the cost of insurance and postage.Lighting Warehouse ships only within the U.S.
  • Ordinarily, orders are shipped via FedEx® and should arrive between 1 to 4 business days from the order date depending on the shipping service you selected. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival. Nevertheless, we will do everything we can to assist you in getting your order to you quickly. If you need help, please do not hesitate to call Customer Service at (855) 444-8424.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service specialists at (855) 444-8424. Please note that we cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped, but you may return your order after you receive it. See Return Policy.
